Graeme Moffat

Graeme Moffat is a highly respected high-performance coach with more than two decades of experience developing athletes and teams at the provincial, national, and university levels. As the founder of Moffat Training and Head Coach of the University of Lethbridge Pronghorn Women's Rugby team, Graeme is passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Known for his authentic leadership style and athlete-centered approach, Graeme believes that success begins with creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. His coaching philosophy is built on accountability, resilience, effort, and continuous improvement, helping athletes build confidence while achieving their performance goals.

Throughout his career, Graeme has coached at the highest levels of the sport, including with Rugby Canada and Canada's Men's National Team. His accomplishments include being named Canada West Women's Rugby Coach of the Year, Rugby Canada Coach of the Year, and receiving multiple provincial and community coaching awards. While proud of these achievements, Graeme measures success by the growth and accomplishments of the athletes and teams he serves.
